Jacqmar was a favourite of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and is loved by many. Harrods, Selfridges and Liberty's were among many department stores where Jacqmar scarves could be purchased before the store came online.
Jacqmar is known for visionary collaborations with leading designers and the very first woman of the Incorporated Society of London Fashion, Bianca Mosca, was its Head Designer.
Jacqmar has collections housed at the V&A Museum in London and The Met in New York.
Her Majesty is wearing the "Inns and Signs” Jacqmar scarf created in the late 60’s illustrating famous pubs and their signs in London. It was and still is a very popular addition to the Jacqmar scarf collection.
